I mainly use it in the mornings to reduce facial puffiness, and it works well! It’s also pleasant for refreshing the whole face after a workout. I like that it’s easy to clean – I just unscrew it and wipe it clean. Definitely better than plastic versions!

The roller gets warm quite quickly – in about 2-3 minutes. This is a bit ineffective if you want to do a longer massage. Otherwise, the design is good and it’s comfortable to hold. I mainly use it for the under-eye area and it works well for that duration. I would recommend it, but there’s nothing surprising, so 3 stars.

The skin becomes tighter and the under-eye area less puffy. I also like that the roller is easy to clean – I just unscrew the bottom part and wash it. A high-quality product that surpasses the cheaper green jade versions!

The roller arrived with a defect – one of the roller parts doesn’t spin properly. I tried to take it apart and clean it, but it didn’t help. Additionally, it gets warm in the hand quickly, even if I keep it in the fridge. Customer service responded quickly and sent a new one, which is much better, but the first experience was poor.
